Sunday Morning Qigong Class (Online/Zoom)
Every Sunday   I    10am

Through a combination of breathwork, tapping, warm-ups, stretches and flows/moving meditations, this morning class will help you feel energized to start the day. We'll also do exercises to release stress and help you feel more calm and balanced with an undercurrent of inner peace. Come experience Qigong routines that are not just powerful, but also fun and carry a sense of wonder and play. I look forward to seeing you in class!

Qigong helps us release stress and transform into feeling refreshed, renewed, and enlivened, with an undercurrent of peace and tranquility. Through a combination of breathwork, tapping, warm-ups, stretches, flows/moving meditations, and postures, a student returns to this place of calm while simultaneously feeling energized. Come experience routines that are not just powerful, but also fun and carry a sense of wonder and play.

Tune In to Transformation (Online/Zoom) 4-8-25  I    7-8pm

Take time to tune-in to your true nature which is pure love, joy, and peace. We will begin with a Qigong routine that will help transform stress into vitality, leaving you feeling both calm and energized. Then Amy will teach us a beautiful mindfulness meditation. We will then end with a brief sound bath, a cherry on top of this calming and empowering meditation sundae.
